Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract-to-Hire) Raleigh/Morrisville, NC $20-$25/hour based on experience Full-Time Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and connecting great people with great opportunities? This is an immediate contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth. What You'll Do: Review resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications Conduct phone screens and assess candidate fit Schedule interviews and partner with hiring managers Manage high-volume candidate communications and follow-up Maintain recruiting activity and candidate records in the ATS Track recruiting metrics and support hiring goals across the organization What We're Looking For: Previous experience in high-volume recruiting or talent acquisition Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Why choose ExecuSource?
