How You'll Make It Happen:

• Accurately pick orders according to pick lists and system instructions
• Pull material from shelves, racks, and bins using stand up forklifts and cherry pickers
• Perform all system transactions correctly and in a timely manner using SAP
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and locations to ensure order accuracy
• Stage picked materials in designated areas for packing or shipping
• Follow all safety, quality, and warehouse procedures at all times
• Perform equipment inspections before operation and report any issues
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy as required
• Stay strong on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
• Follow safety rules to keep yourself and your crew safe

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience, including order picking
• At least 3 years of experience driving forklifts (stand-up forklifts and cherry pickers required)
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification)
• Experience using SAP or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic math skills and inventory awareness
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment with multiple product lines.
