Position Overview

As a  Remote Client Success Specialist , you'll work directly with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, helping them understand available benefits, complete enrollments, and receive exceptional ongoing service.

This role combines customer service, relationship management, and professional growth in a collaborative remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Success & Support

• Meet with clients through Zoom and phone consultations

• Welcome and onboard new clients

• Explain available benefit and coverage options clearly and professionally

• Guide clients through enrollment and application processes

• Respond promptly to client questions and service requests

• Assist clients with policy reviews, updates, and ongoing support

Relationship Management

• Build long-term client relationships through outstanding service

• Maintain regular follow-up communication

• Deliver personalized solutions based on client needs

• Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Professional Development

• Participate in virtual training and mentorship programs

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
