Job Full Description Extruder Operator - Full-Time (Stable, Clean, Safe Facility) Location: Johnstown Schedule: 2nd Shift 2:30 to 10:00PM Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: $22 to $25 per hour
We're hiring a reliable Extruder Operator to join a well-established powder-coating production team. If you have mechanical aptitude, enjoy hands-on work, and want a stable long-term opportunity in a clean and safe environment, this role is a great fit.
What You'll Do
• Operate and monitor extruder machines for powder-coating production
• Adjust machine settings based on product specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
• Record production data and ensure all quality standards are met
• Maintain a safe, organized work area
What We're Looking For
• Vocational/Technical diploma or relevant extrusion experience
• Understanding of thermosetting resin behavior (preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
