Summary Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized, customer-first shopping experience that supports store sales goals and brand standards. They engage customers, build relationships, and drive business through service, product knowledge, and the use of digital tools. This entry-level role supports store initiatives and offers opportunities for growth into leadership. Responsibilities Drive daily sales results by focusing on customer needs and achieving individual and team sales goals. Deliver a consistent experience aligned to brand expectations and support store vision and initiatives. Participate in team training and use digital and alternative selling tools (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home, QR codes). Engage in clienteling and networking to begin building a clientele. Maintain sales floor standards, merchandising, and product accessibility at all times. Requirements Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members. Ability to operate cash register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift up to 30 lbs. Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional overnight shifts or travel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
