Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm) Primary Responsibilities:Manage the Data Community and Opsi Analytics OM Kanban and Scrum Development teamsOwn and drive solutions to fix defects, P3 incidents, problem tickets and Tech debtWork close together with the PE Program Increment (PI) architects, PI Dev managers, OM support and product teams to have a clear understanding of new functionality or enhancements to production systemsDemonstrate a clear understanding of the OM eco systems from end to end and own and drive critical incidents and problems tickets that need urgent attentionFocus on OM systems automation and process improvement to ensure OM systems are scalable to meet data and user demands as the client footprint grows and services expandReduce Infrastructure and staffing cost per member per month by leveraging with new technologies, automation, and process improvementEmployee Experience and Manager effectiveness survey results are maintained above the Optum Product Engineering levelHave a start-up mentality with a servant leadership attitude to motivate the teams as they experience pressure and stress to resolve OM critical issues. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900.
