Must-Have Skills/Experience: Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for the provision of patient care for assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
Description: This position includes providing care for cardiac tele patients. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs and implementing appropriate interventions. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes. This role requires a focus on compassionate care and maintaining a safe environment for patients. You will be a key part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional service.
