What You'll Do:

• Build rapport and guide customers through a stress-free, no-hassle buying experience
• Help customers select the right vehicle and payment options for their lifestyle
• Deliver a top-notch customer experience before and after the sale
• Build long-term loyalty and transition customers to our Service Department

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable and clean driving record
