Job Overview
We are seeking a residential landscape maintenance worker. Work will consist of mowing, weed eating, edging, spraying round up, blowing etc on a set schedule of high end residential homes. We are a relatively small family owned company and are looking to expand our maintenance division with hard working, driven individuals. While this position is for a 2nd man on a maintenance crew; for the right person crew leader positions are open also.

Responsibilities

• Mowing residential lawns with zero turn mowers (walk behind and riding)
• Weed eating
• Edging
• Spraying herbicides (round up)
• Blowing down hard surfaces and performing full leaf removal in the fall
• Occasional pruning

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance or the landscape industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with operating equipment, power tools, and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Mechanical knowledge to perform basic repairs on landscaping equipment is advantageous.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

This is a standard landscape maintenance job, but our company specializes in high end properties. Our customers expect attention to detail and so do we.
