Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist
Supports manufacturing, quality, and process improvement activities for the SEQ business unit. Works closely with Engineering and Operations to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while supporting new product introductions and strategic projects. Reports to the Engineering Manager.
Essential Functions
Improve manufacturing processes, tooling, workstations, and production workflows
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and throughput
Maintain work instructions, JSAs, PPE requirements, and manufacturing standards
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
Support supplier qualification, FMEA, calibration, preventive maintenance, and corrective action programs
Qualifications

Associate's
Bachelor's Degree - Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Physics, or related technical discipline - REQ
Work Experience

1-3 years - Experience in a manufacturing or production environmentExperience with CAD, 3D printing, Lean Manufacturing, or programming toolsExperience with gas handling equipment, instrumentation, or fluid systems
4-6 years - Preferred
7-9 years - Required
