We are more concerned with your ability as a self-starter and your ability to utilize technology than we are with your resume history. You MUST enjoy talking on the phone and meeting strangers. Experience in an insurance office isnt necessary but you need to have the ability to juggle multiple tasks while being patient with our awesome customers. We have a very detailed training program that will help you understand the insurance business while teaching you to be an expert in the field.
