Travel Physical Therapist – Columbia, Illinois Critical Connection, inc is seeking a licensed, patient-focused Physical Therapist to join a quality‑driven healthcare team. Duration: 26 weeks, 40 hours per week, full‑time, 8‑hour shifts. Shift: 8 am – 3 pm, days. (Subject to confirmation.) What You’ll Do Evaluate and treat patients based on individualized plans of care. Provide skilled, patient‑centered physical therapy services. Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as appropriate. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Educate patients and caregivers to support long‑term outcomes. Document care accurately and in compliance with clinical standards. Qualifications Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active (or pending) state Physical Therapy license. Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
