Managing Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Managing Attorney to oversee Texas-based foreclosure, eviction, and litigation matters. This role is ideal for an attorney with a strong background in mortgage servicing, creditor’s rights, and Texas foreclosure law who can manage a high-volume caseload while supporting legal operations and ensuring quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities Oversee Texas foreclosure, eviction, and related litigation matters. Draft, review, and file motions, pleadings, and other legal documents. Attend virtual and in-person court hearings as required. Provide legal guidance to clients and internal teams on mortgage servicing and foreclosure matters. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, client requirements, and case deadlines. Manage caseload priorities while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and quality. Coordinate with legal teams, clients, opposing counsel, and courts to support case progression. Support consistent legal processes, documentation standards, and service quality. Qualifications Active Texas Bar license in good standing. 8+ years of experience in foreclosure, creditor’s rights, real estate, eviction, or related litigation. Mortgage servicing experience strongly preferred. Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills. Excellent organizational, leadership, and case management abilities.
