The Position Our bank client is seeking a Commercial Loan Processor in the Waukesha, WI market. The successful candidate will support the bank’s commercial lending operations. This position offers a salary of up to $52K and a full benefits package. Responsibilities include: Preparing and processing commercial loan documents using Credit Quest and Laser Pro. Collaborating with the lending officer to ensure all documentation aligns with the product and approval. Obtaining necessary approvals, waivers, and exceptions before closing. Balancing closing statements and bank settlement statements with lender fees. Accurately entering all commercial loan terms into the bank’s core system. Filing loan documents with appropriate agencies, including liens, mortgage recordings, and UCCs. Auditing loan entry functions. Generating payoff letters and processing payments and payoffs. At least three years of experience working with commercial documents preferred. Experience in commercial loan processing is highly preferred. Basic knowledge of lending documents. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with lenders and clients. Analytical skills with problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize, organize, and complete multiple projects on time. High attention to detail and accuracy.
