We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Vineland. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a therapist who enjoys providing individualized care and helping residents improve their ability to perform everyday activities safely and independently.
What You'll Do

Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy plans of care
Provide skilled treatment focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, coordination, balance, and functional independence
Establish treatment goals and monitor resident progress
Recommend adaptive equipment and teach strategies to improve safety and daily function
Adjust treatment plans based on resident needs and progress
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with COTAs, nursing staff, and other rehabilitation professionals

Qualifications

Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license required
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
New graduate Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply
