In addition to our emergency and critical care services, we work alongside on-site specialists in Neurology, Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Surgery, Ophthalmology, and Rehabilitation./ppWere currently seeking compassionate and experienced Client Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our front desk team./ph3Who You Are/h3pYoure the calm in the storm. You communicate clearly, think quickly, and understand that a kind word or steady tone can make all the difference for a client in crisis. You take pride in creating a positive, professional experienceeven when things get hectic. Youre highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities without losing your sense of empathy or composure./ph3What Youll Do/h3ulliGreet clients warmly and professionallyboth in person and over the phone/liliTriage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, assess urgency, and respond to inquiries promptly and accurately/liliEvaluate arriving cases to help prioritize patient care/liliClearly explain treatment plans, next steps, and associated costs/liliAct as a communication link between clients, clinicians, and referring veterinarians/liliProcess payments and financial transactions accurately and with discretion/liliMaintain and update electronic medical records and patient documentation/liliProvide emotional support and guidanceespecially during sensitive or end-of-life situations/liliFacilitate smooth check-in, update, and discharge processes/liliHandle client concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism/liliMaintain a clean, welcoming, and organized lobby/waiting area/liliCollaborate with fellow CSRs to ensure seamless team coverage and support/li/ulh3What Were Looking For/h3ulliVeterinary experience or a minimum of 2 years of high-level customer service experience (experience in fast-paced, emotionally demanding environments strongly preferred)/liliSelf-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision/liliSkilled at multitasking and communicating clearly under pressure/liliStrong attention to detail and confidence working with sensitive or confidential information/liliTech-savvy and quick to learn veterinary-specific software systems/liliProfessional demeanor with experience in de-escalating tense or emotional situations/liliFlexible, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment/liliAvailability to work weekends and holidays as part of a rotating schedule/li/ulh3Available Shift/h3pOvernight Shifts: 8:00pm 6:00am/ppThis position follows a four-day, 10-hour overnight schedule, giving you three days off each week. While schedules are not fixed, overnight hours remain consistent, and specific days may vary slightly to support the team and patient care.
