Home Health RN – Pigeon, MI We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a home health position providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in the Pigeon, MI area. Eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus. What You’ll Do: Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team that supports you. Perform patient assessments, medication management, and care planning. Educate and empower patients and families on disease management and treatment plans. Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation. Work independently, but never alone. Travel to patient homes within assigned territory. RN Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state you work. At least one year of RN experience and clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care.
