Job Description Summary As an Assistant Foreman, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution and profitable delivery of projects by providing hands‑on support, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with project leadership. Responsibilities System Mobilization and Decommissioning: Pumping Systems Power Generation and Distribution Systems HVAC Systems (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Energy and Temporary Utility Systems Emergency and Disaster Response: Actively participate in the rapid deployment and management of resources for disaster restoration and emergency response efforts. Safety Assurance: Promote and maintain a safe work environment by ensuring strict adherence to all company safety policies, procedures, and best practices for every task and duty. Compliance Oversight: Identify potential hazards and implement necessary controls to guarantee project execution while minimizing risk. Execution Support: Collaborate closely with Project Leads and management to monitor project timelines and resource allocation. Performance and Delivery: Ensure projects are completed on time and that all deployed equipment is running efficiently to guarantee profitable delivery and client satisfaction. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent is typically required; additional technical certifications or education in mechanics or engineering is a plus. Prior experience in a mechanical, maintenance or related role specifically with bypass pumping, generators, power distribution, A/C, heat and water restoration, or construction equipment. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical/electronic interfaces. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to effectively troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and internal resources. Base Pay Range: $21.38 - 29.39 per hour (starting rate may vary based on position, location, education, training, and/or experience).
