Sr Data Analyst - Alteryx to Tableau/Power BI Migration

Data AnalystWe are seeking multiple Data Analysts to lead the migration of existing Alteryx workflows and reporting assets to Tableau and/or Power BI. This role will focus on analyzing current-state data pipelines, redesigning workflows, and delivering optimized, scalable dashboards and reporting solutions aligned with business requirements.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end migration of Alteryx workflows and reporting solutions to Tableau and/or Power BIAnalyze and document existing Alteryx data flows, transformations, and reporting logicRedesign and optimize data models, queries, and workflows for improved performance and scalabilityDevelop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau/Power BI aligned with business needsCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate reporting outputsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and governance throughout migration processPerform testing, validation, and performance tuning of migrated solutionsDocument processes, data mappings, and best practices for long-term supportRequired Skills & Experience:7+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or reporting rolesStrong hands-on experience with Alteryx (workflow analysis and migration)Advanced expertise in Tableau and/or Power BI developmentStrong SQL and data modeling skillsExperience with data migration, ETL redesign, and dashboard optimizationAbility to work closely with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutionsNice to Have:Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP)Knowledge of data governance and best practices for BI modernizationPrior experience in large-scale BI/reporting migration projects
