We are a highly reputable law firm in Downtown Los Angeles seeking a Tax Associate Attorney with 4–6 years of relevant experience to join our Taxation Practice Group.
The role focuses on fund formation, investment management transactions, and partnership taxation, with opportunities in mergers and acquisitions and tax-side transactional work. Strong writing and communication skills are required.
