About the Role Ontra is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager reporting to our Manager of Marketing Data Operations. We’re looking for someone excited to lead and innovate within our marketing data infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and streamlined processes. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to pinpoint and resolve GTM inefficiencies, while managing and optimizing our MarTech stack to drive scalable business solutions. If you’re a systems thinker who catches issues early, communicates clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, and is comfortable turning data into clear analysis and presentations, we’d love to get to know you. What You’ll Do Data Infrastructure Management: Own and support the systems and processes that drive the marketing data infrastructure, ensuring all systems function seamlessly. Data Hygiene Maintenance: Ensure data integrity across the contact database by leveraging AI for enrichment, normalization, deletion, deduplication, and segmentation. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to identify inefficiencies and data gaps, translating these into scalable technical solutions. System Administration: Oversee and optimize the configuration of systems like Marketo, Clay, LeanData, LeadForensics, and RingLead, ensuring they operate without errors. Salesforce and Technology Optimization: Collaborate with Rev Ops to enhance and improve shared technology systems, including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Zapier, and Outreach. What You’ll Bring Experience: 3+ years in marketing operations with familiarity in B2B marketing and sales processes and terminology. Marketo Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Marketo administration. Salesforce Knowledge: “Lite-admin” level proficiency in Salesforce, including object architecture, reports, flows, field permissions, and page layouts. AI Tools: Experience with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, including deploying them in operational workflows. Pay Transparency Ontra takes individual candidate location, experience, and skills into consideration when determining compensation. The base pay range is listed below. Some positions may be eligible for additional compensation, such as commission, variable compensation, profits interest units, or other equity-based compensation, which are not included in the below base pay range.
