Job Description
- Must Have a Minimum of 3 Years' Experience with Sitework and as a Heavy Equipment Operator
- Must be able to Read and Understand Site Topo's and Elevations
- Must be able to Understand Different Soil Types and Understand How to Obtain the Compaction Spec for Each Project
- Must Have Experience with Utilities
- Topcon GPS Experience is Preferred
- Must be able to Communicate Well with Other Team Members, Subcontractors and Clients
- Must be able to maintain a positive attitude. Negative rhetoric and bringing others down on the jobsite will not be tolerated
- Must be Competent with OSHA Safety Standards. Need to either have an OSHA 30 card, or obtain one within 90 days of employment
- Must have a Valid Driver's License, with an Acceptable Driving Record
- Must be able to Maintain Company Equipment and Adhere to Company Standards
- This is a Year-Round Position, with Overtime Offered at times, and sometimes Required
