Position Patient Services Representative Location 23-22 30th Avenue, Suite 200 Astoria, NY Employment Full‑Time, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. Schedule to be discussed during interview. Verify insurance, process authorizations, and collect payments to ensure smooth billing and patient access to care. Maintain accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documents. Answer phone calls, assist patients, and uphold HIPAA compliance, ensuring a welcoming and professional healthcare experience. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED required. Basic office and customer service skills. Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required.
