Specific Event Functions

Prepare equipment amounts for events

Determine labor needs; order labor for event

Load truck(s) for events with required equipment

Drive stick shift

Transport truck(s) to event facility

Unload truck(s) for events with required equipment

Set up equipment for event based on promoter’s needs and direction

Strike event upon event closing

Load truck(s) at event end within time frame permitted

Transport truck(s) back to warehouse

Non-Event Functions

Employ efficiency methods; transferring equipment between events

Clean drape as needed

Press linens as needed

Organize equipment as needed

Keep warehouse as organized and clean as possible

Repair and replace equipment as needed

Track and arrange vehicle maintenance

Loading plan from one event to the next

How can we more efficiently move our equipment?

Always look to improve warehouse maneuverability

Ancillary Functions

Communication with Logistics Manager and David

Inventory management

Time management; temp labor + non-event days

Must be able to lift 50 lbs- (no weight lifting restrictions)
