We are a dentist recruiting company working with a very reputable , private practice that is seeking an associate dentist. Ideally a full time one but would consider part time as well. The office is open from Monday-Thursday.

They are averaging 4.9 stars out over 100 reviews online and have been in the community for many years. The dentist is booked out for months and therefore they need help.

The office has a mix of PPOs and Fee for Service. No Medicaid and no HMOs. The office is a large one, with digital x-rays, CBCT, iTero. They have an experienced and long tenured staff of assistants, hygienists and front desk.

They are offering a very competitive daily minimum plus percentage of collections.

Associate Dentist Requirements:

• Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
• State license to practice dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine dental needs and treatment plans.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures, including extractions, restorations, and prosthodontics.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care.
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient clinic operations and high-quality patient care.
• Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques.
