Required Skills:

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Active California medical license or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical skills in outpatient internal medicine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with a focus on patient-centered care

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Recent graduates seeking mentorship encouraged to apply
• Prior outpatient internal medicine experience preferred but not mandatory

Other Requirements:

• Active CA license or licensing eligibility
• Ability to manage a patient volume of 15-25 patients daily
• Willingness to participate in team referrals to specialty services such as cardiology, oncology, and robotic surgery
• Commitment to providing high-quality, continuity-based care
