  • Genuine interest in working with autistic children and adolescents
  • Patience, flexibility, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and implement assent based, neurodiversity affirming practices
  • Ability to follow individualized treatment plans and receive constructive feedback
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Dependability, professionalism, and commitment to providing high quality care
  • Ability to work in person at our Dayton, Ohio clinic

Candidates who meet the education or experience requirement and have completed the 40 hour RBT training are encouraged to apply, even if they are still working toward certification.
