Details Hospital-based diagnostic imaging department setting Modalities include Echo and Radiologic Technology Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM shift with no call required 13-week contract Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist with Echo focus RDCS (Adult Echo) certification required Multimodality certification preferred BLS/BCLS required High school diploma or GED required Completion of an accredited ECHO training program required Flu vaccine required License required if applicable Additional Information Perform diagnostic echocardiography and radiographic examinations for diagnostic interpretation, applying principles of radiation protection Must demonstrate knowledge of growth and development across the life span to provide age-appropriate patient care Maintain patient records and files, and support departmental quality assurance Work with patients and staff of diverse cultural and religious backgrounds Fingerprint processing is required prior to starting — candidates should be prepared to submit fingerprint cards promptly upon acceptance, as the start date will be no less than 6 weeks after fingerprint cards are received for processing American Traveler Job ID #P-727791.
