Senior Configuration Analyst

About the role At Jointly, we’ve built a robust and powerful platform allowing us to quickly meet the ever-changing demands of Real Estate. We rely on our Configuration/Implementation Team to take the “lego” bricks that Engineering has built and combine them in different ways to meet our customers' needs. We are looking for a Senior Implementation Analyst to own the end-to-end creation and maintenance of the workflows instrumental to the success of Agent, Brokers, Team Leads, and Transaction Coordinators. Some days will be spent adjusting documents due to legislative changes. Other days might be spent helping us break into new business lines while improving our core offering. Reporting to our Head of Implementation and Engineering, you’ll work in a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment, where iteration speed, quality, and execution matter. You’ll play a pivotal role in bridging product vision and technical delivery, ensuring our platform configurations evolve with business and regulatory needs.This role requires a builder mindset, someone who thrives on solving tough problems, shipping quickly, and taking ownership. While we embrace flexibility, we expect this role to be extremely focused, fostering real-time collaboration and rapid decision-making. Responsibilities Become a subject matter expert in the Platform and existing workflows. Become a subject matter expert in our implementation design patterns and how best to leverage or extend those patterns to solve new challenges. Own and communicate with management, Product, and QA about in-progress and upcoming features. Navigate, architect, and implement the data structure that powers everything from document generation to reporting and email templating for clients. As a subject matter expert, provide guidance and resolution as a production issue escalation point of contact, sometimes outside of normal business hours. Independently test and work with QA to ensure items impacted are thoroughly vetted before reaching production customers. Display an immense attention to detail and raise any issues you see before they progress. What we’re looking for 4+ years of professional configuration experience, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You have a keen eye for UI/UX details and care about building elegant, user-friendly interfaces. Comfortable working in fast-moving, high-collaboration environments with a bias for action. Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with Product, QA, Engineering, and leadership. A problem-solving mindset: you don’t wait for solutions - you create them.
