Healthcare Call Center Representative

Providing exceptional customer service by telephone, the full-time Healthcare Call Center Representative will assist Medicaid providers and members with coverage, claims, and benefit-related inquiries in a fully remote capacity. Key responsibilities Answer inbound calls within 30 seconds and manage multiple screens to service calls effectively Research and resolve disputed claims while ensuring timely follow-up for prompt resolutions Comply with contract requirements and maintain attendance and punctuality standards Required qualifications At least one year of call center experience, preferably in healthcare or Medicaid Experience working in a metric-driven environment and using an auto answer system Ability to learn independently and follow written policies and procedures Prior office or clerical experience with a basic understanding of Microsoft Office products Strong professional telephone skills and good written and verbal communication abilities
