Ruby on Rails Engineer

Software Developer
Write code for software applications developed for different operating systems, such as Windows, Mac, Android or Chrome or written for a particular platform, such as a computer, smartphone or tablet.
Research and examine current systems.
Talk to users to find out their requirements.
Decide what functions the application should perform.
Write and test appropriate code to ensure that the application performs its functions effectively.
Test the application and correcting any problems that arise.
Write software and operating manuals.
Make appropriate modifications to existing applications, including updates and repairs.
Responsible for user training, support and feedback.
Advanced Degree or University graduates and those with higher national diplomas (HNDs) in IT, computer science, software engineering, math or physics.
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
List at least top 3 required skills (development languages, acronyms, quick-hit descriptions of functions expected of the worker, etc.) and years of experience or range for each outlined required skill.
DESIRED SKILLS:
List skills that are not required to perform the role, but would be helpful and in some cases could supersede a missing "must-have" skill.
