Regulatory Affairs SpecialistVolt is immediately hiring Regulatory Affairs Specialist in Topeka, KS. As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting accurate regulatory documentation to USDA and other agencies. You will also be responsible for completing, verifying, and tracking official certificates for international shipments. You will coordinate and distribute approved regulatory packages to receiving countries to avoid delays. You will maintain trackers and logs in Google Sheets for real-time visibility of submissions. You will use SAP, AO Docs, and internal databases to ensure compliance records are accurate. You will collaborate with logistics, shipping, and quality teams to align paperwork with export requirements.This is a full time, contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree preferred (business, logistics, animal/natural sciences, or related). You will have 1–3 years in compliance, logistics, or document control. You will be proficient in Google Sheets (formulas, sorting, data management) and Excel. You will catch formatting/data errors and follow strict government guidelines. You will be capable of meeting tight submission timelines.Preferred skills and qualifications include comfort with SAP, AO Docs, and AI-assisted tools. You will have an understanding of USDA export processes and international compliance requirements. You will have experience working with logistics, shipping, and quality teams. You will streamline documentation workflows and reporting.Pay rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
