Branch Administrator

The Branch Administrator is a vital part of the branch team, ensuring the seamless execution of administrative, financial, and project coordination activities. This role partners closely with leadership, project teams, and cross-functional departments to support daily operations, maintain organization, and help drive overall branch efficiency and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the branch team and leadership
• Manage accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) functions
• Post and maintain monthly safety meeting materials and documentation
• Process bi-weekly credit card transactions in a timely and accurate manner
• Generate, maintain, and post job files
• Coordinate new hire onboarding in partnership with the Human Resources team
• Support project management activities, including:
  • Reviewing timesheets
  • Assisting with invoicing
  • Coordinating with vendors
  • Managing permits
  • Arranging travel logistics
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute daily tasks effectively
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Valid driver's license required
