Hudson United Title is a full-service title insurance agency serving New York, New Jersey and Florida. With over 25 years of experience, we are known for delivering exceptional service, proactive communication and seamless real estate closings for residential and commercial transactions. We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Post-Closing Coordinator to join our growing team in Nanuet, NY.
Position Overview The Post-Closing Coordinator will be responsible for handling post-closing functions including cashiering, recordings, escrow balancing, policy preparation support and file reconciliation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities efficiently and understands the importance of accuracy and follow-through in the title industry.

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities
Review closed files for accuracy and completeness
Prepare and process recordings electronically and manually
Handle cashiering functions including disbursements and reconciliation
Manage escrow balances and follow-up items
Process payoffs, satisfactions, and outstanding checks
Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, municipalities and underwriters
Ensure timely recording and post-closing compliance
Assist with title policy issuance and final file audits
Resolve post-closing issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records and reporting within title software systems
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external parties
RequirementsPrior title insurance or real estate closing experience preferred
Knowledge of post-closing procedures, recording, escrow accounting and cashiering
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Professional communication skills
Experience with title software platforms preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
