Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol in Maple Grove, MN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and assist patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $23.18 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare-related facility. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions or policy violations. Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required logs for incidents, patrols, access activity, and other security-related observations. Minimum Requirements: At least one year of security-related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
