You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data ingestion modeling and activation across Adobe and third-party systemsAEP APIs:Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform APIs to manage data ingestion, profile updates, schema modifications, and real-time/on-demand segmentation.Roles and Responsibilities:Define and implement data modelling strategies for customer segmentation personalization and activation across channelsCollaborate with business stakeholders along with AEP Architect to align AEP capabilities with marketing analytics and customer experience goalsSupport developer(s) to set up data pipelines for ingesting transforming and activating customer data using AEP tools like Data Collection Data Lake and Identity ServicesSupport developer(s) to design and implement schemas using XDM Experience Data Model and ensure data governance and complianceProvide best practices for new channel sources onboarding into AEP, data model, data privacy best practices for CDP implementationConduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and stakeholdersPerform data validation for ingested data, pipeline against sourcesMonitor system performance troubleshoot issues and ensure data integrity and securityProvide documentation supportRequirementsBachelors or masters degree in computer or related field9 years in data platforms and good domain experience platforms 4 years in AEP implementation1 to 2 years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform AEP developmentStrong proficiency for data model, schema structure,Experience with ingestion process using JSON and XML for CDPExperience with data warehousing data modeling and data quality best practicesDesign and develop data pipelines and integrations using AEPImplement data modeling governance and security best practicesTroubleshoot and resolve data quality issues and performance bottlenecksCollaborate with marketing product and data science teams to enhance customer experienceFamiliarity with data privacy regulations including GDPR CCPA and DPDP ActAnalyze data trends to provide business intelligence and recommendationsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and project management principlesExcellent problem solving communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with Marketing Data Lake in any of the platforms like AWS or Microsoft AzureAbility to work independently and lead cross-functional initiativesStrong verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate with crossfunctional teamsAdditional Preferred SkillsAdobe Certified Expert Adobe Experience PlatformExperience with Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK and Mobile SDKExposure to marketing automation platforms and customer data platforms CDPsThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 100000 to 130000 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
