Job Description NAPA IBS is an onsite Single Source Supply Chain Management program that procures and manages parts, tires, bulk fluids, and other non-automotive inventory within our customers' locations. This position is located inside the City of Tampa Fire garage on Chestnut. Work Environment This location operates Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, with potential extended hours during emergencies such as hurricanes or other natural disasters. Work is performed inside our customers' facilities. The location does not have air conditioning. Exposure to fumes or airborne particles may occur during duties. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to partners and clients. Process electronic part requests using the IBS HUB computer system. Locate assets in the shop and gather additional information like VIN, serial numbers, or part numbers to assist sourcing. Fulfill work order requests utilizing approved IBS vendors. Assist in receiving and stocking supplies, including barcode tagging and proper placement. Operate delivery vehicle for pickups and drop-offs as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the site, stockroom, and surrounding areas. Report and address customer sales or service concerns promptly. Qualifications, Experience, Education, and Abilities High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid Driver's License required. Parts knowledge in Fire, EMS, or related industries (Automotive, Heavy Duty, Transit, etc.) preferred. Ability to source hard-to-find items via internet, catalogs, or blueprints. Comfortable working in a fleet shop environment. Ability to stand and walk for entire shift. Capable of lifting and moving up to 60 pounds. Able to bend, stoop, and reach shelves (up to eight feet) using stools or ladders when necessary. Operate moving aids such as hand trucks, carts, and dollies. Interested in future opportunities?
