Sales Consultant – Wellness & Recreation

Location: Minot, ND

HotSpring Spas & Pool Tables 2 – Minot, ND

Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys working with people and helping them improve their lives?

HotSpring Spas & Pool Tables 2 is hiring a Sales Consultant to help customers invest in premium wellness and recreation products—including hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunges, and game room products.

Top performers earn $75,000 – $135,000+ annually with uncapped commissions.

This is not a typical retail job. You’ll be guiding customers through high-value, lifestyle purchases that enhance how they relax, recover, and spend time at home.

Compensation & Benefits

$75,000 – $135,000+ earning potential

What You’ll Do

Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the buying process
Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit through installation
Understand customer needs and recommend the right wellness and recreation solutions
Follow up consistently to generate repeat and referral business
Maintain an organized sales pipeline
Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends

Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred (training provided)
