RN Registered Nurse Baylor Weekends RN Night Shift

Overview We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our team at VibraLife, a Rehabilitation Center and Senior Living Community in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. The position is for RN Weekend Baylor Program – Weekends only, Full Time, Night Shift, 12‑hour shifts. Responsibilities Comprehensive assessment of resident and family needs to determine required nursing services. Integrate the needs of adult and geriatric residents in delivery of nursing care. Provide direct care and delegate/supervise all nursing care. Demonstrate clinical competence, manage resident care, improve quality of care, establish professional relationships, and develop clinical expertise per specialty. Manage and provide direct care for assigned residents. Manage resident activities, monitor quality of care during assigned shift. Serve as liaison to keep Program Manager and/or Nursing Supervisor aware of major occurrences and needs of the program. Required Skills Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment. Current BLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor. Additional Qualifications / Skills One year of medical/surgical, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience (preferred). Ability to project a professional image. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills. Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
