Lifetime Advisors Group is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and service-oriented professional to help lead the internal operations and client workflow systems of our growing holistic financial planning firm.

This is a long-term operational leadership opportunity for someone who values stability, teamwork, and meaningful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee client workflows through Redtail CRM
• Coordinate client communication and service follow-up
• Track investment, annuity, and operational paperwork through completion
• Maintain accountability for timelines, outstanding items, and task management
• Assist in building and improving office systems and procedures
• Support leadership in creating consistency and operational structure
• Help ensure clients feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout every interaction

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Thursday
Occasional evening educational workshops or community events
