Join our team at The Resort at Longboat Key Club as a Dishwasher, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. This position is perfect for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a dedicated hospitality team in a beautiful Longboat Key location.
Responsibilities- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwasher or by hand to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area.
- Assist kitchen staff with other cleaning and food preparation duties as needed.
- Sort and remove trash and recyclables from the kitchen.
- Ensure all items are stored in their proper places after cleaning.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Competitive pay rate of $16.00 - $17.00 per hour paid bi-weekly.
