- Manage and optimize our CRM, ensuring clean data, smart automations, and effective lead nurturing
- Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, campaigns, and marketing workflows
- Plan, create, and manage content across all major social media platforms
- Design, update, and maintain our website with a strong eye for user experience
- Shoot high-quality photos for listings, agents, and marketing campaigns
- Edit photos and graphics using advanced editing software
- Collaborate with agents and leadership to develop marketing strategies that drive results
- Stay current on marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging AI tools
- SEO Optimization and managing / creating paid social media advertising
- Potential for full-time position
