Principal Chemical Engineer

The Principal Process Specialist position for Gas Processing and Hydrogen Technologies provides technical support for a range of UOP technologies such as Separex, LNG treating, Gas Processing, Russell, MolSiv, Benfield, Carbon Capture and PSA. The primary accountability of the position is to complete the transfer of our technology in order to deliver to our customers' UOP-licensed or UOP-designed units that operate optimally, profitably and safely. To do so, the Specialist will have regular interaction with external customers, and with other UOP personnel involved in technology delivery projects. In addition to customer contact, the position provides interaction with all the UOP departments involved with technology delivery. The interaction with other UOP departments provides excellent exposure as well as providing knowledge of accountabilities in other areas.You will report directly to our Senior Manager, and you’ll work out of our Des Plaines, IL location on a Hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will have an impact by driving technical excellence, innovation, leadership, collaboration, and safety.
