Shift Description
16-hour call shifts
Call ratio: 1:5
Call back percentage: 58%
Call response time: 30 minutes
Average phone consults: 20

Requirements
Board Certification or Board Eligible
Missouri license or IMLC
ACLS
BLS

Assignment Details
Coverage includes interventional cardiology call, cath lab procedures, inpatient consults, and rounding responsibilities.
Rounding on assigned patients
45-bed department
PEDs Level 1
Facility Trauma Level 1
Support staff includes 17 RNs, 19 MAs, 15 PA/NPs, and 15 office staff
Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
EMR: Epic
