We are seeking qualified applicants for the position:Manager, IT Site ServicesLocated: CPSummaryThe Manager, Information Technology – Site Services, is responsible for overseeing IT site support personnel and supports troubleshooting devices/systems utilized by the teams supporting our LNG plants. This person will ensure the IT site support team upholds great customer service, maintains personal interactions with clients and promptly answers help desk inquiries. He or she will work closely with other department heads to identify hardware or software needs. The Manager, IT Site Services will ensure projects are delivered on schedule, on budget and meet quality standards. General Description Duties & ResponsibilitiesManages site project(s) for the implementation or development of software components, hardware, or computer application systemsManages vendors/contractors to ensure they deliver the value and services as contractedEnsures projects are delivered on time, on budget and with high qualityPlans team resource needs and work closely with other managers to set clear expectations and roles for team membersParticipates in process and technology re-engineeringAnalyzes and recommends implementation optionsProvides business and technical integration across all related site activitiesCommunicates plans, statuses, and issues to the leadership teamDevelop, implement and maintain IT standard operation proceduresAnalyze departmental needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisionsPreserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structuresMaintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standardsQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, computer science, or management information systemsProven experience managing IT site services within complex industrial environments, with hands-on expertise supporting both Operational Technology (OT) and Plant Technology (PT) systems to ensure secure, reliable, and high-availability operations10+ years of professional experience in operational management and the implementation of technology solutions within an energy facility or comparable industrial environmentAbility to implement technology projects in a timely and cost-effective mannerStrong technical skills directing technical professionalsAbility to develop and deliver projects using (where appropriate) leading-edge technologySuperior written and oral communication skillsStrong analytical skillsSelf-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentAbility to work in both office and industrial site environments, including walking throughout facilities, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting or moving equipment up to 25–40 pounds.
