Your future role at a glance Location: Good Health Solutions Facility: Various North and South Market Locations Department/Specialty: Respiratory Schedule: Night l PRN How you'll make an impact in this role Assessanddevelopindividualized care plans to manage and treat patients experiencing acute and chronic respiratory insufficiencies. Implementandperformadvanced respiratory care modalities, meticulously monitoring and communicating patient response to treatment and life-support equipment. Evaluatethe effectiveness of respiratory treatments and administered medications, adjusting the plan of care to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Respondimmediately to all emergency resuscitation team codes, providing critical and life-saving respiratory support. Educatepatients and their families on managing their health condition andconnectthem with appropriate community resources and support programs. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Respiratory Care Practitioner credentialed from the Texas Respiratory Care Practitioners Certification Program obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Respiratory Care Practitioner provisional/temporary license will be accepted until license is issued. Respiratory Therapist specializing in Registered credentialed from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What additional requirements you'll need Minimum of 2 recent years of experience as a RRT in Hospital Setting State and National Licensure
