CMM Programmer

Position Responsibilities:

• Program, setup, and operate CMM equipment using software such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, or equivalent.
• Develop inspection programs from customer prints, CAD models, and GD&T requirements.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, final, and PPAP inspections.
• Interpret complex drawings, specifications, and GD&T symbols.
• Analyze inspection data and create dimensional reports for production and engineering teams.
• Validate product conformance to customer and internal quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing CMM programs for efficiency and accuracy.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, and optical measurement equipment.

Location: Milan, MI

Pay Rate: $30-$37/hr (dependent on experience)

This position is a Direct Placement - no contract period

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Milan, MI.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $76960.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
