Responsibilities

Contribute to the success of our recruiting programs by utilizing your skills in sourcing, screening, and key administrative responsibilities.

• Schedule candidate interviews promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate documentation for interviewers, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Leverage advanced talent acquisition tools and systems.
• Address operational recruiting queries from a wide range of stakeholders.
• Maintain and update Talent Acquisition systems.
• Provide proactive, reliable operational support.

Qualifications:

• Technology Recruiting experience is preferred, as the roles they are hiring for will be Microsoft Skilled Technology candidates
• Excellent presentation, communication, and narrative abilities.
• Ability to excel within a technology-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Boolean search techniques.

Secondary/Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
• Capability to translate complex requirements into effective search criteria.
• Demonstrated strength in building lasting relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Some negotiation and research skills.
• Awareness of various recruiting platforms and channels.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Psychology is highly regarded, but relevant professional experience is equally considered a strong asset.
