Position: Dental Hygienist | Full-Time

Precision Dentistry & Implants is looking for an energetic, compassionate, and clinically skilled Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice. What You'll Do

As a Dental Hygienist, you will:

• Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care.
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients.
• Perform periodontal assessments, charting, radiographs, and appropriate hygiene treatment.
• Educate patients about their oral health and help them understand recommended treatment.
• Use intraoral photos, radiographs, and other tools to clearly communicate clinical findings.
• Partner with our doctors and Patient Success team to support treatment acceptance and continuity of care.
• Help patients understand the importance of timely treatment while creating a comfortable, compassionate experience.
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation.
• Follow all applicable clinical, OSHA, infection-control, HIPAA, and practice protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and prepared operatory.
• Work efficiently to support a productive schedule and established hygiene goals.
• Participate in team huddles, training, and ongoing professional development.
• Serve as a positive ambassador for our practice and contribute to an exceptional team culture.

• A licensed Dental Hygienist in the State of Texas.
• Passionate about patient care and clinical excellence.
• Friendly, compassionate, and confident communicating with patients.
• Skilled at educating patients and helping them understand their oral health needs.
• Organized, efficient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
• Committed to personal and professional growth.
• Comfortable with dental technology and practice management software.
• Current in required CPR/BLS certification and other applicable credentials.
