Work Environment: On-Site

Shift: Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Mandatory On-Site Training)

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support homeowners by handling inbound and outbound calls related to mortgage servicing, payment inquiries, escrow questions, and account assistance. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the mortgage industry while working in a professional and growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls regarding mortgage payments, escrow, account servicing, and general customer support inquiries.
• Assist homeowners with account-related questions, process requests, and provide exceptional customer service while meeting performance metrics.
• Utilize internal systems and tools to accurately document interactions, process transactions, and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recent contact center or call center experience handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated reliability with solid employment tenure and limited employment gaps.
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment focused on quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
• Ability to learn new systems and proprietary software quickly.
• Financial services, banking, mortgage servicing, or related experience is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
